For the laying of submarine cable Hidroproyectos was in charge of the control of activities and positioning of the boat with the use of GPS with double antenna to be able to give, in addition to position, direction to the vessel. The objective was to monitor the correct position of the vessel to carry out the laying of the cable correctly.
